Neil Ramírez awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowship
Congratulations to Undergraduate Researcher Neil Ramírez for being awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship! Neil carries forward the rich tradition of NSF fellowship winners from the Microsystems and Nanosystems Laboratory.
The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) supports outstanding graduate students pursuing research in STEM fields at institutions in the United States with many past fellows having illustrious careers, including several Nobel laureates.
Neil will be graduating this spring (2017) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and will begin a PhD program at the University of California, Berkeley in the fall.
